We had to do it. You’ve asked for them so we delivered. Our first meat rub is FabFlava – and it is (and we did think about asking Flava Flav to endorse it but passed). We’ve mixed our own oregano, basil, thyme, sage, rosemary, parsley, lavender and added a little sea salt and pepper. Jan’s favorite is to rub it into roast, sear it on top of the stove, then slow roast in cast iron for a couple hours. It’s fab! $8 for 2 oz bag.
